I identify the specific bottlenecks holding your performance down, lifting your weaknesses to avoid rejection and building up your strengths to receive offers. You get a preparation plan and all practice resources built around those gaps and your real timeline.
Clarity about your profile

I worked backward from how case interviews are conducted and scored to develop a modern approach that helps my clients achieve consistent results.
In 2025, McKinsey removed me from its alumni network for helping hundreds of candidates get into the firm.
When I started out, my goal was to close exactly that information asymmetry candidates are up against, and I guess it has worked.
Not a machine
I cap the number of coaching clients I take each month. Every session and interaction is with me, and the preparation products are built out of my McKinsey experience and what comes up in those sessions rather than assembled from public material.

What if the coaching is not right for me?
If you book a session package and decide it is not for you, notify me within 48 hours of the first session and you get a full refund on the remaining sessions. No questions asked. Nobody has used this to date.
How many sessions do I need?
Clients average four. Some need one session to correct a specific habit, others want continuous work across a longer runway. The free consultation is where we work out which you are, and I would rather tell you that one session is enough than sell you five you do not need.
What does a session include?
Tailored work on case or fit, a real case with real evaluation criteria, a performance diagnostic, written and verbal feedback, a preparation plan with exercises, and a link to my other clients for peer practice. Sessions are untimed.
What is your success rate?
Over 95% of clients on the 5-session program secure an offer. Effective enough that McKinsey removed me from its alumni network in 2025.
Which firms does this prepare me for?
My background is McKinsey, but the method is firm-agnostic and built to the MBB standard, which means it transfers down. Clients have used it for MBB, Tier-2, Big 4, boutiques, in-house strategy, and tech consulting. The case training also applies to banking, finance, and product management interviews that use cases.
What if I want a different number of sessions?
I offer 1-, 5-, and 10-session packages by default. If you want something else, such as three sessions, I will build a tailored package, usually with a discount on the individual session rate. Email info@strategycase.com.
How long do I keep the materials?
The 5-session package includes one year of access to every product on StrategyCase.com.
Is the coaching flexible?
Sessions are scheduled around your calendar and adjusted as your preparation progresses. If your timeline compresses unexpectedly, tell me and we will rework the plan.
What makes you different from other case coaches?
I don’t see myself as just a case coach. When I began coaching seriously in 2020, I developed a completely new approach to case interviews, one that goes far beyond the outdated methods taught in traditional resources. I train my clients to think and communicate like real consultants, not just case interview candidates. As a result, interviewers perceive them as equal problem solvers and compelling storytellers. This approach proved so effective that even other coaches have reached out to me and purchased my products to learn from it.
Beyond methodology and success rates, I work personally with every candidate. I only take on a limited number of clients each month to ensure each receives my full attention.
