McKinsey has renamed the PEI (Personal Experience Interview) dimensions. While the labels have changed, the underlying content and evaluation criteria remain the same.

• Courageous Change → Growth
• Entrepreneurial Drive → Drive

You should prepare your stories and examples as before – only the terminology has shifted.
