Everything listed for the products in your order is included. Depending on what you selected, this may include video lessons, practice drills, simulations, guidebooks, downloadable materials, coaching sessions, or additional support for your application documents.

You do not need to purchase another tier to use the product you ordered. The exact contents of each purchase are shown on its product page and in your order summary.

The access period depends on the product and service.

Downloadable materials are yours to keep. Courses and online tests include 365 days of access, McKinsey Solve simulations include six months of access, and coaching credits are valid for one year from purchase. Any updates released during the applicable access period are included at no additional cost.

You can purchase with confidence. StrategyCase products are created and maintained with great care and are backed by more than 1,600 five-star reviews across multiple platforms. Fewer than 0.1% of customers request a refund.

Nevertheless, if your purchase is not right for you, courses and online tests can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. McKinsey Solve simulations have a five-day refund period.

To request a refund, simply email info@strategycase.com within the applicable period.

Payments are handled by Stripe and Paypal. The payment methods currently available for your order appear upon checkout. Depending on your location and device, these may include credit or debit card, PayPal (Pay Later), Apple Pay, Google Pay or other options supported by our payment providers in your country.

Payments are processed securely by the provider you select. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, so your card details go straight to them and are never stored on StrategyCase.com.

Depending on your location and eligibility, you may be able to spread the cost or pay later through PayPal Pay Later, Klarna, or Afterpay. All currently available options will appear automatically at checkout.
