If you have already contacted us, we’re happy to get back to your request. Please allow up to 24 hours for replies on weekdays, and until the next business day if you reach out over the weekend (our team is based in the Central European Time zone). Rest assured, we will find a solution.

In the meantime, please find some self-directed help below. Based on our support data from the last 4 years, the answers here resolve 98% of issues experienced by customers.

All courses (including the ones you purchased) are available at strategycase.com/courses.

Please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser for our site so you can access the courses. The platform uses cookies to recognize your session and keep you logged in.

Your post-purchase email contains detailed instructions, and the first videos of each course provide an overview. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Access is automatically granted for 12 months after purchase.

If your username doesn’t exist, you may have entered the wrong email address during purchase. If so, please let us know and we'll confirm the correct one with you.

If you enter the wrong password too many times, you’ll be blocked for 1 hour for security reasons. Please reset your password before multiple failed attempts. If you’re already blocked, let us know and we’ll reset it for you.

Please try on a different browser or computer (phones sometimes cause issues). If you used the wrong email address at purchase, the system will have generated the password for that address. In that case, please let us know and we’ll confirm the correct one with you.

Download links expire after a few days for security reasons. Please reach out, and we’ll happily generate a new one for you.

Digital products are generally sold without a right to refund. However, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we are happy to extend a goodwill policy: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you find the product is not the right fit for you (only exception: the McKinsey Solve Game Simulation).

This window gives you enough time to review the quality and content in detail and decide whether it works for your needs. To ensure fairness, please note that product usage is tracked, and we cannot provide refunds if the material has already been accessed or watched extensively, or across multiple users. If you are not satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible.

If the issue lies on our side or if we were not able to help you in time, we will gladly provide you with a refund even after this timeline, and as an apology, we are happy to offer you an additional product of your choice free of charge.
